Charlie is a fun loving guy, he is a lil timid till he gets to know you, then he is your best friend, he needs a bit more socialization, we believe he has lived a sheltered life..He barks when he wants attention and sometimes to tell you he needs to go outside, but not a barker in general. He is a joy to have around...He would make an excellent addition, to a older home or for a home with older children.   NEEDS A FOSTER HOME
