Casper is a shy pup, and very submissive, he needs a home where he will get alot of love and attention, prefers to have another dog in the home that  is friendly and small like him, so he can have a buddy to be with. He loves to play with toys and can be high energetic.
 He will not be placed in a home with children under 10 yrs old..
