Tony has been raised in a crate, for which he does not really like, as no one took the time to potty train this sweet boy.
 he is crate trained, but for 2 years if not in a crate he was allowed to pee throughout his homes and theus the reason why he has been rehomed miltiple times, he has been neutered and it will take time for him to stop the unwanted behavior, his personality should warm you over, he would love to be someones shining star, he is very loyal to his person and will be by them constantly  protect you if needed be, but he is not a guard dog, he would lick them to death.
 He needs a home where he would lead an active lifestyle, walking multiple times per day time out in the yard playing, he loves to play, the more time spent on actovoites the less time he will focus on marking.
He is young and he will readjust to not doing this if he has a home that will spend lots of time with him
