Dina grew up in the rescue and is housetrained. She picks up commands quickly, we are still in the process of haing her be comfortable in a harness and on a walk.
She loves to chew on toys, with some standing up to her better than others, but plush ones don’t stand a chance. She’s very active and needs another dog to play with. While she can be bossy, she backs down if the other dog asserts itself. Dina loves playing tag and is quite good at it.
She obeys when using hand signals, respects a water bottle, and has learned not to beg at the table. She hasn’t been around children, and it’s unclear if she’s ever even seen one. She is very loyal to her person, she loves to cuddle up to you and get attention or she will just hang out on the couch to watch tv. While leash training is a work in progress, Dina would thrive in a foster or foster-to-adopt home.. If you are seeking a dog to welcome into your family, we invite you to consider her. While she may need time to feel comfortable with new people, her loving heart ensures she does not stay distant for long.
